# Key Learning Outcomes
1 Ability to apply electronic health record systems (HIMS, e-Pulse) and medical classification/clinical coding (ICD) standards accurately, using fundamental theoretical knowledge in medical terminology, anatomy-physiology, and health informatics.
2 Ability to develop simple software solutions using algorithm design and basic programming knowledge, and to install and manage database management systems for processing health data.
3 Ability to carry out the integration of medical devices with information systems, and to implement IoT and telemedicine applications in healthcare; ability to use current technologies such as natural language processing and blockchain at a basic level in health information system integration projects.
4 Ability to interpret health data and utilize clinical decision support systems and artificial intelligence applications; ability to improve repetitive business processes by using robotic process automation (RPA) tools.
5 Ability to ensure the security of health data within the framework of cybersecurity measures and personal data protection legislation; ability to take responsibility, either independently or as a team member, in accordance with quality management, accreditation processes, and patient rights-ethical principles.
6 Ability to communicate field-related ideas both in writing and verbally, drawing also on experience gained during work-based vocational training; ability to follow developments in the field using a foreign language and to effectively use information and communication technologies.
