Graduate School | Department of Economics | Doctorate Degree (Ph. D)

Department of Economics was established at the same time as the Faculty of Economics and Administrative Sciences in 1958 and has been offering Bachelors Degree in Economics since. The Department offers courses in a wide range of subjects such as Economic Theory, Economic Policy, Economic History, Economic Development and International Economics. The students are prepared for careers in sectors suchas banking, insurance, management and consulting; as well as for various departments and offices in the government. Students may also attend Graduate School for higher degrees in economics and business.
