Local Administrations are the government units closest to the society in terms of structure and the service they provide. The transfer of a significant deal of public services to the local administrations in the process of globalisation has increased the need of trained labor force. The aim of this program is to meet the need for qualified labor force and to train employees furnished with the ability of self- and lifelong learning to be employed in local administrations.
