| Profile of the Programme

This program is for the hearing impaired college students admitted to the School for the handicapped and carries out preparatory education in an Intensive Turkish Programme in their native language to develop theirspeaking, listening, reading and writing skills and prepare them for vocational training. Intensive Turkish Programme training started its education in 1993. 4 instructors and 1 teaching assistants are currently working in the programme. Students receive their education in classes equipped with computers, Internet and datashow. The students who complete this preparatory programme and meet the criteria of Turkish Preparatory Course in regulation are entitled to continue their education in the School for the Handicapped to study in the programmes of Graphic Arts, Ceramic Arts, Computer Operator Training and Architectural Drafting.
