Will be able to explain the historical development of consumer law, the purpose of consumer law, consumer law systems, the scope of consumer law.
Will be able to define the basic concepts of consumer law such as consumer, goods, services, defect, defective goods and services.
Will be able to explain what the consumer's rights are and how to protect the consumer against defective goods and services, against deceptive advertisements, unfair commercial practices and unfair contract terms, and consumer loans.
-Will be able to explain sales in installments, housing finance, prepaid housing sales contracts, subscription contracts, contracts established outside the workplace, distance contracts, vacation contracts, promotional sales.
Will be able to explain consumer organizations.
