  • 1. Be able to design an original scientific and artistic research topic. 1.1. Identify a research subject related to one of the branches of ceramics that interests them. 1.2. Discuss the fundamental knowledge related to the chosen subject. 1.3. Review and compile the current literature related to the subject. 1.4. Organize the compiled information. 1.5. Based on this knowledge, propose a hypothesis or an artistic problem in the field of ceramics that has not yet been studied. 2. Be able to structure the experimental and applied methods necessary to conduct research related to the proposed hypothesis or artistic problem. 2.1. Examine the methods previously used in relation to the selected ceramic subject. 2.2. Question the working principles of the techniques and equipment to be used in the research and application process. 2.3. Effectively use ceramic technologies and tools during the study. 2.4. Arrange the experimental and applied parameters. 3. Be able to analyze the data obtained from experimental and applied studies. 3.1. Organize the data obtained from the studies. 3.2. Discuss the methods by which the data can be analyzed. 3.3. Perform data analysis using appropriate methods. 3.4. Distinguish the significance of the analyzed data. 4. Be able to evaluate the analyzed experimental and applied data from both artistic and scientific perspectives. 4.1. Interpret the results obtained within the context of the field of ceramics. 4.2. Discuss the possible causes of the findings. 4.3. Question whether the findings correspond to the hypothesis proposed at the beginning of the study. 5. Be able to report the findings of the scientific and artistic study in light of their own evaluations. 5.1. Explain the principles of preparing a scientific report. 5.2. Prepare a text including the hypothesis, methods, findings, and evaluations of the research. 5.3. Discuss the contribution of the findings to the field within the prepared report. 5.4. Propose new research and application areas related to the subject based on the study and the obtained results.
