  • Goal: The aim of this course is to analyze and explain basic knowledge regarding criminal procedure law, subjects of procedure, protection measures, phases of investigation and trial, legal remedies.
  • After the end of this course, the student will be able to; 1. explain basic knowledge regarding criminal procedure. 1.1. describe criminal procedure and identifies its aim 1.2. describe basic concepts of criminal procedure 1.3. identify general progress of criminal procedure 2. explain basic knowledge regarding criminal procedure.
