Goal: The aim of this course is to analyze and explain basic knowledge regarding criminal procedure law, subjects of procedure, protection measures, phases of investigation and trial, legal remedies.
After the end of this course, the student will be able to; 1. explain basic knowledge regarding criminal procedure. 1.1. describe criminal procedure and identifies its aim 1.2. describe basic concepts of criminal procedure 1.3. identify general progress of criminal procedure 2. explain basic knowledge regarding criminal procedure.
2. will be able to identify subjects of criminal procedure. 2.1. describe concept of subject 2.2. explain public prosecutor 2.3. analyse concepts of judge and court 2.4. explain concepts of accused and defense lawyer 2.5. explain other subjects of procedure
