  • GENERAL AIM: The goal of the course is to examine the development and features of administrative jurisdiction in Turkey; to identify the scope of adjudication’s missions and the potency limits of adjudication; to tell Turkish adjudication organizations and their missions and potencies; to tell to take an administrative action and their types; and to explain the methods of administrative procedure. Learning Outputs and Subskills: At the end of this lesson learner; 1.
