Contextualizes their drawings within the framework of contemporary art history, theories, and current artistic practices; articulates their artistic intent both in written (artist statement) and oral formats using academic discourse.
Critically analyzes their own productions and those of their peers in terms of the interaction between form, technique, and content; offers critiques utilizing a constructive and theoretical framework.
