The main aim is to train students as “artist-academics” who can combine both academic research skills and the technical, aesthetic and creative dimensions of opera art. Within the scope of the course, students are expected to acquire in-depth knowledge of vocal technique, opera history, dramaturgy, and contemporary staging approaches, and to present this knowledge in an original artistic production.
