Catalog Content Lecture is divided into chapters, each dealing with some of the main variables of consumer behaviour. Chapter1 explains some of terms of consumer behaviour such as consumers;.customers, needs, wants and perception. Chapter2 examines motivation and emotion. Chapter3 is dedicated to the self and personality. Chapter 4 introduces the theories of learning, and the process of decision making. Chapter 5 is about attitudes: how they are formed why they are formed, how they are maintained or changed are explained. Chapter 6 explores Culture and Subculture. Chapter 7 takes a look at social aspects of consumption. Chapter 8 is about changing times and consumption.
