Catalog Content This course aims to develop the student's individual vocal technique. Breath control, articulation, effective use of resonance areas and richness of timbre are emphasized. Through repertoire studies, vocal styles of different periods and diction skills are practiced. Elements such as musicality, interpretation power and stage posture are discussed in terms of stage preparation. It is aimed to improve the vocal expression of the student by using his/her voice with the correct technique; to gain mastery of the classical singing repertoire; to be aware of periodical vocal styles and to increase stage awareness in the process of preparation for performance.
