Catalog Content The primary focus of this course is the distribution areas, chronology and cultural characteristics of the Chalcolithic cultures in Anatolia with an emphasis on their interactions with neighbouring regions. The course content will address the Chalcolithic cultures either in Eastern and Central, western areas divergent at this period with their geographical features, distribution areas, relations with neighbouring regions, and the excavation history, stratification and evaluation of the architectural remains of the excavated or still excavated major settlements.
