Week - 2 The discussion of how to define social psychology and the historical roots of modern social psychologyu
Week - 3 The short history of social psychology and research methods in social psychology
Week - 4 Social influence: Social influence and social pressure, Zimbardo's prison experiment and Sherif's otokinetic effect experiment
Week - 5 Social influence: Asch's konformity experiments and Milgram's obedience experiments
Week - 6 Social Influence: Minority effcet (the definition of minority and majority, Mpscovici's minority effect experiment, the discussion of single effect or dual effect )
Week - 7 Attitudes: The definition of attitude, the history of the concept of attitude and the structural properties of attitude
Week - 8 Attitudes: The relationship between attitude and behaviour (historically and analitically)
Week - 9 Attitudes: Attitude change (Balance theories and attitude change as persuasion)
Week - 10 Prejudice: The definition of prejudice, the brief history of prejudice studies in social psychology, the definition of stereotype and stereotype studies
Week - 11 Prejudice: The definition and the kinds of discrimination, and the relationship between prejudice and discrimination
Week - 12 Prejudice: Theories of prejudice (social cognition, authoritarian personality theory and right wing authoritarian theory)
