Week - 1 Introduction, What is statistics. History and importance and uses of statistics
Week - 2 The basic concepts of statistics: Functions.What is unit? And its types.
Week - 3 The basic concepts of statistics: what is qualification? And its types, the concept of population and its types, sample and sampling
Week - 4 The basic concepts of statistics: data collection, classification of data and measurement of variables
Week - 5 Series (distributions): Serial types, single-variable series, a multivariate series
Week - 6 Graphical representation of the series and graphic types
Week - 7 Measures of central tendency (averages): Sensitive averages; mean and geometric averages, exercises
Week - 8 Measures of central tendency (averages): Harmonic and square averages, applications
Week - 9 Measures of central tendency (averages): Insensitive averages, Median and mode; applications.
Week - 10 Variability measures: Variation range,standart deviation
Week - 11 Variability measures: Variance, coefficient of variation, applications
Week - 12 Variability measures: Concentration coeffecient and curve of concentration, Symmetry and kurtosis
Week - 13 Regression and Correlation: What is Regression, definition of Dependent independent variable, least squares estimation
