Preparation of visual sketches and compositions suitable for lithography; preparation of the lithographic stone for printing and transferring images onto the stone using lithographic crayons, tusche, and various drawing tools; application of gumming, etching, and inking processes; production of trial and original prints in black-and-white and limited-color applications; evaluation of technical problems encountered during the printing process and implementation of appropriate solutions; preparation of prints for presentation and final course evaluation. |
