Week - 3		Literature as Art Branch; Poem: Definition of poetry, Types of poetry: Lyric poetry, Epic poetry, Dramatic poetry.
Week - 4		Poetry Language: Poetry language as content, image in poetry, meaning, sound, rhythm, measure, form.
Week - 5		Novel: Definition of the novel, the root of the novel.
Week - 6		Stages of the novel: Classic novel, Modern novel, Postmodern novel.
Week - 7		The structure and elements of the novel: Narrator and point of view, Time, Place, People, Events; Novel techniques: Internal analysis, internal speech, flow of consciousness, intertextuality, metafiction.
