#	Field Qualifications
1	Analyses and evaluates the theory and practice of public law and its sub-branches using the research and/or the expert knowledge gained from the education, and reaches to new and genuine conclusions and ideas.
2	Evaluates and uses the knowledge gained from the research and/or the expert knowledge about public law and its sub-branches with a theoretical and systematic approach.
3	Evaluates the existing concepts or institutions of public law and its sub-branches with a new approach or method, or searches and identifies new concepts and institutions in the light of a new perspective.
4	Introduces solution proposals for legal policy based on practical and theoretical knowledge.
5	Evaluates an existing concept or institution of public law of its sub-branches with new ideas, approaches or methods, or makes a contribution to the theory and practice of law through concluding independently an original work which studies a new concept or institution with an original perspective.
6	Makes contrubition to the theory and practice of law by publishing at least one scientific article in a national or international refereed law journal or by concluding a genuine work.
7	Develops new ideas and methods in public law and its sub-branches using high-level intellectual processes such as creative thinking, critical thinking, problem solving and decision making ..
8	Defends his/her own ideas against experts in public law and its sub-branches in the discussions related with those fields, and communicates effectively showing his/her competence in his/her field.
9	Follows the knowledge on law and communicates and discusses with colleagues using at least one foreign language in the General Level of European Language Portfolio C1.
10	Using strategic decision making processes, creates functional interaction in solving problems which emanate from the theory and practice of law and effect social life.
11	Engages in generalizing the conceptions of ethics, justice and honesty which are the requirements of being a lawyer.
12	Introducing the values in the field of law to society, contributes to the establishment of the awareness of law and justice and to the maintenance of the awareness.
