2	Perceive the interdisciplinary interaction related to the field.
3	Possess the knowledge of Research and Planning in Social and Behavioral Sciences and the ability of practice.
4	Possess making decision, implementing the decision and using knowledge related to the field.
5	Possess the ability of transferring the data related to the field with the theoretical and practical principles to the related people.
6	Interpret the knowledge by entegrating with the knowledge related to the other fields and generate new information
7	Determine the problems on issues in the field and develop solution proposals by the support of research methods.
8	Evaluate the knowledge and skills acquired in the field with a critical approach.
9	Evaluate the basic knowledge and skills with a contributive, interrogative and productive approach and determine and fulfill the requirements.
10	Follow the national and international publishing related to the field.
