# Field Qualifications
1 Students have advanced theoretical and practical knowledge that is supported by  course materials, applied instruments, research methods and techniques used in field studies and other resources, including up-to-date information based on the competences acquired in the programme of Turkish Language and Literature. 
2 use traditional and contemporary advanced theoretical and practical knowledge they acquire in the programme of Turkish Language and Literature. 
3 use, analyze and apply advanced knowledge and skills they acquire in humanities for education, research and social service purposes.
4 plan activities for professional development of their subordinates.
5 work independently or  assume responsibility as a team member to solve unpredicted and complex problems encountered in the programme of Turkish Language and Literature.
6 plan personal and institutional development, using the knowledge and skills they acquire in the programme of Turkish Language and Literature.
7 critically evaluate knowledge and skills they acquire in the programme of Turkish Language and Literature.
8 define learning needs of their subordinates, and manage learning processes.
9 support their solution proposals to problems concerning programme of Turkish Language and Literature with qualitative and quantitative data, and communicate these data through various media to specialist and non-specialist individuals and institutions.
10 follow the knowledge in programme of Turkish Language and Literature and communicate this knowledge to specialist and non-specialist individuals and institutions by speaking at least one foreign language at B2 level, as defined by the European Language Portfolio.
11 use computer software and information and communication technologies required by the programme of Turkish Language and Literature at the advanced level.
12 gather, analyze and interpret knowledge in the programme of Turkish Language and Literature and communicate this knowledge to related individuals and institutions.
13 carry out interdisciplinary research in the programme of Turkish Language and Literature.
14 Gain competence in textual and literary criticism in order to analyze texts in the linguistic and historical contexts they were produced; compare texts to each other in linguistic and literary terms.
15 posses the advanced level of knowledge of Traditional and Modern literature, and carry out literal and religous evaluations for literary and modern texts under the light of some certain theories and movements
