#	Field Qualifications
1	Have advanced knowledge in the field.
2	Communicate information related to the field to staff and the team.
3	Interpret and analyse data,define problems and bring solutions, using the information obtained in the field in decisions, practices and behaviours.
4	Conduct scentific study and research related to the field.
5	Take responsibility to fulfill the objectives of a project as a project manager or participant.
6	Determine the goals and objectives for the Organisation / Institution.
7	Evaluate the acquired knowledge and skills critically.
8	Demonstrate understanding of the need for lifelong learning.
9	Communicate their ideas based on basic knowledge and skills acquired in the field in written and oral form.
10	Communicate effectively with stakeholders in the field.
11	Use communication and information technologies at least at the advanced level of European Computer Driving Licence.
12	Keep up with the literature in the field and communicate with their colleagues in a foreign language at minimum B1 level, as defined by the European Language Portfolio.
13	Act in accordance with professional and social ethics.
14	Analyze the organization/institution's relationship with its stakeholders and build effective relationships with stakeholders.
15	Have the ability to promote innovation.
16	Think critically with regard to functioning of the organization/institution.
17	Have enough awareness about the universality of social rights, social justice, quality and cultural values, environmental protection, and occupational health and safety issues.
