#	Field Qualifications
1	Has basic theoretical and practical knowledge in the field, supported by up-to-date course materials, teaching aids, and other resources based on the competencies acquired at the secondary education level.
2	Possesses interdisciplinary knowledge in social and cultural issues related to the field of communication and its programs, and is able to apply this knowledge.
3	Acquires knowledge about scientific, social, economic, legal, political, artistic, and cultural matters.
4	Demonstrates the ability to conduct research, plan, produce, and implement within the field with a creative and critical approach.
5	Has the ability to work collaboratively in teams within the field.
6	Has the ability to inform relevant individuals and institutions about matters concerning the field; to convey ideas and proposed solutions to problems both in written and oral form, and to use language effectively.
7	Possesses the competence to act in accordance with democracy, human rights, and social, scientific, and professional ethical values.
