#	Field Qualifications
1	Based on undergraduate level qualifications, it has up-to-date knowledge in subspecialties in the field of social services, develops and deepens them.
2	Has knowledge about statistics as a tool that is constantly used in studies in the field of social work, and uses related software effectively.
3	Uses the theoretical and practical knowledge at the sub-specialty level acquired in the field of social work.
4	Writes a report on his/her research in the field of social work.
5	To be able to use statistical software in the field effectively, to choose statistical methods correctly, to calculate correctly and to interpret correctly.
6	Develops solution proposals in case of encountering unforeseen complex situations in the field of social work and produces solutions by taking responsibility.
7	Carries out studies related to the field of social work independently and/or as a team.
8	Publishes a scientific article in a national journal or presents it at a scientific meeting.
9	Conducts scientific clinical and/or descriptive research/presentation/publication on prioritized topics related to the field.
10	Applies the principles of professional development and lifelong learning related to the field of social work in his/her studies.
11	Performs statistical analysis at a level that can read and evaluate a scientific article on statistical analysis and follows evidence-based practices and conducts research that will create evidence in its field related to professional practices
12	To be able to systematically discuss and share their knowledge, current developments and their own work in the field of social work with groups in or outside the same field in written, oral and visual form.
13	Examines social relations in the professional and professional environment and the norms that guide these relations from a critical perspective and does what is necessary to improve them.
14	To be able to communicate orally and in writing in a foreign language at least at the B2 level of the European Language Portfolio.
15	To be able to develop strategies and policies on issues related to the field of social work, to interpret implementation plans and to evaluate the results obtained in a scientific and ethical framework.
16	Observes and teaches social, scientific and ethical values in the stages of collecting, recording, interpreting and announcing data related to the field of social work.
17	To be able to apply the knowledge and problem solving skills in the field of social work in interdisciplinary studies.
18	Evaluates current developments in the field of social work at national and international level.
19	Contributes to national and international social services policy studies on the further development of social services.
20	Explains the importance of ethical principles and ethics committees for the individual and society, behaves ethically.
