The master's program of social work basically aims to provide contemporary and universal postgraduate social work education. Within the framework of this basic aim, it is aimed to contribute to the training of qualified workforce in the field of social work by educating students on the basis of advanced social work knowledge, skills and values and to contribute to the training of lecturers who will meet the academic staff needs of the rapidly developing social work academy. It is aimed to have advanced theoretical and conceptual knowledge with an education program prepared in the clinical focus of social work, which is an applied discipline; to carry out practice under supervision in organizations that provide social services to individuals, families and small groups, and to produce scientific knowledge, renewal and development of evidence-based practices in the field of social work with the thesis study.
