#	Field Qualifications
1	have advanced knowledge in the field,
2	transfer the information related to the field to their peers and workers,
3	interpret and analyze the data, define problems and offer solutions by using field information in decision-making, implementation and behaviors,
4	conduct research and studies in the field,
5	take responsibility as a project manager or participant, meeting the objectives of a project,
6	determine objectives and goals for the institution,
7	Evaluate the knowledge and skills acquired critically,
8	understand the continuity of the learning needs,
9	communicate their ideas based on basic knowledge and skills acquired in the field in written and oral form,
10	communicate effectively with stakeholders in the profession,
11	use information and communication technologies required in the field together with computer software at least in advanced level of European Computer Driving License,
12	communicate with their colleagues, and follow the information in the field by using a foreign language at least at B1 level defined in the European Common Framework,
13	act in accordance with organization/institution, business and social ethics,
14	analyze and manage the relationship between the organization/institution and stakeholders effectively,
15	encourage innovations,
16	think critically with regard to functioning of the organization/institution,
17	have sufficient awareness of universality of social rights, social justice, quality and cultural values along with environmental protection and occupational health and safety.
