#	Field Qualifications
1	Be able to improve generate current and advanced knowledge acquired through master proficiency by means of original studies and reach original and innovative definitions
2	Be able to establish relationships between the field and subfields and related disciplines, to reach original conclusions by using his/her expertise in analysis, synthesis and evaluation of new and complicated ideas.
3	Be able to view new and contemporary knowledge in the field systematically and do advanced researches in the field.
4	Be able to develop new scientific method or apply the known method to the field that lead to the innovations in scientific arena and design and carry out original research.
5	Be able to analyze, synthesize and evaluate incoming and complicated thoughts critically
6	Be able to make scientific contributions by means of publishable original study that lead to the scientific innovations by developing new scientific method or applying the known method to the field.
7	Be able to expand the boundaries of knowledge in the field by means of publishing articles in both national and international journals.
8	Be able to lead original and interdisciplenary studies.
9	Be able to carry out his/her studies independently and as a team member
10	Be able to develop innovative thoughts and methods related to the field by using higher order cognitive processes such as creative and critical thinking, problem solving and decision making
11	Be able to be a facilitator/leader in educational and instructional activities of the field.
