1 Based upon the bachelor level qualifications; demonstrate, enhance and deepen theoritical and applied knowledge about educational sciences at specialist level
2 Discuss the interdisciplinary interaction within their field of study
3 Apply, enhance and deepen the theoretical and applied knowledge at the specialist level which they have acquired in their field of study
4 Produce new information by operationally unifying the information in their field of study and the multidisciplinary information
5 Suggest solutions to the problems necessitating specialization by using quantitative and qualitative scientific research methods
6 Fictionalize, develop solutions to and solve a problem in the field of study; evaluate the results and applies them when necessary
7 Develop new strategic approaches and develop solutions by taking responsibility in unforeseen complicated circumstances experienced in the practices of the field
8 Actively participate in or lead the teamwork related to their own field
9 Evaluate the information related to their field of study critically and monitor learning
