1	Debate interdisciplinary interactions related to the field.
2	Employ, develop and deepen acquired expert level theoretical and practical knowledge in the field.
3	Create new knowledge by practically integrating the knowledge in the field with knowledge from other disciplinary areas.
4	Possess expert-level theoretical and practical background knowledge on a pedagogics field based on undergraduate proficiency, develop and deepen this knowledge.
5	Lead or participate actively in team works regarding the field.
6	Offer solutions to problems requiring expertise by using qualitative and quantitative scientific research methods.
7	Analyse a problem in the field independently, develop solutions, solve it, evaluate the results and apply if necessary.
8	Develop new strategic approaches for unexpected complex cases in applications in the field and find solution by taking responsibility.
9	Evaluate knowledge related to the field critically and shape learning.
10	Conduct the studies in the field within the framework of life long learning.
11	Systematically translate developments in the field and own studies to groups in and outside of the field both orally and visually.
12	Critically analyse social relations in occupational and professional environments and norms shaping these relations, take action to develop and change them if necessary and lead.
13	Establish written and verbal communication in at least one language at the level of B2 of European Language Portfolio.
14	Share knowledge related to the field both verbally and written on national/international scale.
15	Use communication and information technologies, along with the software required in the field, at an advanced level.
16	Interpret strategy, policy and implementation plans related to the field, develop these and evaluate the results within the framework of quality processes.
17	Inspect phases of gathering, interpreting, announcing of data related to the field on the basis of ethical values and teach these values.
18	Apply knowledge acquired in the field in interdisciplinary studies.
19	Evaluate latest developments in accordance with national values and country realities.
20	Develop strategy, policy and implementation plans related to the field and evaluate the results acquired within the framework of quality processes.
