1 Regarding individual differences to support  all developmental areas the individual  plans, implements , evaluates  the process of creative drama .
2 He or she properly organizes physical and psychological environment in the process of creative drama education.
3 He or she expresses himself by voice, body and word as a participant or trainer through creative drama education.  
4 He or she designs,uses, develops, evaluates, appropriate learning materials to create effective teaching and learning processes in the process of creative drama.
5   He or she  knows the historical development in the field of creative drama in Turkey and also in the world.
6 He or she  knows the principles of instruction and methods of instruction and percieves similarities and differences between creative drama and instruction.
7 He or she  joins seminars and activities to develop his knowledge, abilities and his efficiency in his profession voluntarily.
8 He or she establishes the relationship between aesthetics, art, and creative drama.
9 He or she never uses the private problems of participants as a topic in creative drama process and never allows  this.
10 He or she correctly knows and uses the basic concepts, scientific and artistic terminology in the area of creative drama.
11 He or she puts plans into practice in order to develop students as democratic and effective citiziens.
12 He or she follows publications and the research in the field of creative drama  and reflects them into his practices.
