The master's programme in cosmetology first began in the autumn semester of 1994-1995.

Since its establishment in 1994, education in the Department of Cosmetology has been continued at the undergraduate and graduate levels. The aim of the Cosmetology Department is to support the knowledge of pharmacists who are experts in pharmaceuticals with cosmetology courses, to provide education at the undergraduate and graduate level, and then to enable these people to serve in the industry or in the pharmacy.

1 fulltime professor, 4 associate professor, 2 assistant professors, and 3 research assistants are currently working in the department.
