A student is required to successfully complete the designated program of courses meet a minimum of 240 ECTS credit requirement and have a minimum GPA of 2.00/4.00 and no FF, DZ or YZ grades.


To graduate from the Anadolu University undergraduate program in Public Finance, students must complete and pass courses totaling 240 ECTS credits: 188 credits of compulsory courses, one mandatory YÖK elective course worth 2 credits, 40 credits of professional electives, and 10 credits of free electives. To be eligible for graduation, a student must have a minimum cumulative GPA (CGPA) of 2.00 out of 4.00 and must complete all of the following requirements: pass all compulsory courses listed in the department/program catalog (188 credits), complete the required professional elective credits by taking and passing courses from the professional elective course pool specified in the catalog (at least 40 credits), complete the free elective requirement (up to 10 credits) by taking and passing courses either from the catalog’s professional elective pool or from courses not listed in the catalog, and finally complete and pass one (1) YÖK elective course shown in the catalog under “YÖK Elective Courses” or “Elective Courses” (a mandatory 2-credit course).
