#	Key Learning Outcomes
1	To be able to develop current and advanced knowledge of concepts, institutions and methods related to the field of private law at the level of expertise; to be able to make original definitions, characterizations and evaluations using this knowledge.
2	To be able to analyze the theories and practices in the field of private law; to be able to evaluate existing concepts and institutions with new ideas, approaches and methods; to be able to develop original conclusions and opinions.
3	To be able to research a new concept or institution in the field of private law from an original perspective, to conduct an original scientific study independently and to share the results in academic environments.
4	To be able to develop new ideas, methods and approaches in the field of private law by using high-level mental processes such as creative and critical thinking, problem solving and decision making.
5	To be able to produce an original work or at least one scientific article specific to the field of private law; to be able to publish in national or international refereed and/or reputable journals.
6	To be able to defend his/her original views in scientific discussions with experts in the field of private law; to be able to communicate effectively in accordance with the rules of scientific communication.
7	To be able to develop original proposals on legal policies by following the information and developments in the field of private law; to be able to contribute to the establishment of awareness of law and justice in society.
