1 develop and deepen their knowledge in Communication Studies and Organizational Communication that they had acquired from undergraduate studies, and have the competency in following the developments and the new trends from a critical eye
2 conceive the interaction between communication and other related disciplines, deepening their basic understanding in these disciplines
3 utilize the advanced theoretical knowledge that they have acquired in Communication Studies and Organizational Communication to interpret phenomenon and events from daily life
4 construct new information by combining the information from their field with other disciplines; evaluate interpret and analyze these; and develop solutions to problems requiring expertise using qualitative and quantitative research methods
5 identify communication problems independently, develop solutions and put these into practice when necessary
6 develop new strategic approaches and take initiation in problem resolutions about unforeseen events and complex practices in their field
7 evaluate the information in Communication Studies and Organizational Communication from a critical viewpoint and conduct advanced level studies independently
8 communicate problems, developments, insights and trends, as well as their personal contributions to the field in writing, orally or visually to people from and outside of their field of study
9 analyze social relations and norms directing these relations from a critical perspective and take initiation to develop and change these
10 communicate in at least one foreign language in writing and orally at B2 level
11 utilize both computer software and communication technologies at a level required in their field of study
