1 They are knowledgeable about advanced theoretical approaches in psychology.
2 They gain basic practical skills necessary for applied psychology.
3 They acquire basic psychological assessment knowledge, skills, and principles regarding measurement tools for various sub-fields of psychology.
4 They are aware of how fundamental approaches and perspectives in psychology contribute to other disciplines and inter-disciplinary perspectives.
5 They acquire the necessary skills for data collection, analysis using appropriate statistical methods, interpretation, and reporting.
6 They are knowledgeable in terms of legislation and/or professional and ethical values in the practice of psychology.
7 They are knowledgeable about developments, research, contemporary problems, and practices in field of psychology in Turkey.
8 They have the necessary skills to conduct independent psychological research utilizing both their cumulative knowledge and applying appropriate research methods (qualitative/quantitative) (They generate research questions using their psychological knowledge, use both scientific problem solving and critical thinking approaches, and interpret the results gathered).
9 They have the necessary skills to report study results in the proper scientific format.
10 They are competent in using information and communication technologies to access and disseminate information.
11 They acquire basic observation and interview techniques knowledge/skills.
