Weeks Topics
Week - 1 To discuss ideas, innovations and techniques connected to glass design by using power point presentations about new designs.
Week - 2 SUBJECT: Brand design, two pair utility good. Product + logo + package
Week - 3 Developing idea about the design which is reflecting product identity, concept and novelty (concept & innovation)
Week - 4 Discussions, comments about design of new brand, evaluation of hints about design, discussing standard and limiting norms (like TSE-CE)
Week - 5 SUBJECT : Seminar Homework 1- Limitations in the glass enterprises 2- Investigation of a design from the point of ergonomics 3- Choosing one of the given topics about the design studios and preparing a seminar work about the topic.
Week - 6 Evaluation of sketches about design, forming visual illustrations, solving problems and getting ready for technical drawing.
Week - 7 Drawing technical projects and forming visual illustration of design.
Week - 8 Drawing technical projects and forming visual illustration of design.
Week - 9 Studies about model making techniques of designs.
Week - 10 Making of prototype models and starting molding works.
Week - 11 Molding works oriented to ceramic biscuits-plaster-metal molds taken from models by choosing the proper technique like blowing, fusion, furnace casting.
Week - 12 Molding works oriented to ceramic biscuits-plaster-metal molds taken from models by choosing the proper technique like blowing, fusion, furnace casting.
Week - 13 Presenting works in the format of exhibition.
Week - 14 General evaluation of the term.
