At the end of this course the student; 1. Will be able to examine the social, political, cultural, and the environmental impacts of tourism. • Knows the social impacts of tourism. • Knows the political impacts of tourism. • Knows the cultural impacts of tourism. • Knows the social environmental impacts of tourism. 3. Will be able to know the pioneering publications on the critical and the interdisciplinary tourism. • Classifies the publications. • Reviews the publications. 4. Will be able to generate new relations among the modern, the postmodern critical studies and tourism field. • Distinguishes the modern and the postmodern critical studies. • Classifies the critics on tourism. • Generates critical definitions for tourism.
