Catalog Content This course is an introduction to Digital Humanities and, more specifically, digital history. Therefore, this course will provide hands-on experience with several possibilities related to these specializations that are suitable for classroom applications, such as Map Warper for spatial analysis, Palladio for network analysis or Voyant Tools for text analysis. A large part of the purpose of this course is to chart pathways for Digital Humanities and digital historical research, to raise awareness of new methodologies in humanities research, and more importantly, to create an environment for the applied digital research process...
