Assessment methods and criteria	Project 1, Project 2 and Final Project. There will be 3 projects at the whole semester. These 3 projects will be focused on both surface and form design.

Catalog Content	Dimensional Design: The properties of packaging to protect, transport and promote a product, Label design, Surface design, Packaging design and color relationships, Packaging form design; Paper: Fiber in paper, Paper types and weights, Cutting and folding techniques, Possibilities and limitations of paper for cutting and folding; Sectoral Factors: The choices made on the basis of subject and industrial sector and the limitations that exist; Production of Packaging: Examination of forms for purpose and production, material selection and durability, digital output and three-dimensional model making.
