Within the scope of this course, it is aimed that students have knowledge about the science of aging and the theories explaining aging. Within the framework of the lifespan development perspective, students are aimed to comprehend the physical, cognitive and socio-emotional changes in old age. Another aim of the course is to provide basic information about the causes, course and treatment of neuropsychological disorders frequently seen in old age. |
