1	KNOWLEDGE (Theoretical-Factual) 1. Based to qualifications gained in secondary education, students have basic level knowledge in the field.
2	SKILLS (Cognitive-Applied) 1. The students use basic level knowledge gained in the field of social services.
3	SKILLS (Cognitive-Applied) 2. The students use basic computer programs and related technologies related to social services field.
4	SKILLS (Cognitive-Applied) 3. The students function care of special needs groups such as children, disabilities and elder people.
5	COMPETENCIES (Independent Working and Competency of Taking Responsibility) 1. The students perform the duties and responsibilities given.
6	COMPETENCIES (Independent Working and Competency of Taking Responsibility) 2. The students take responsibility as a member of a team.
7	COMPETENCIES (Learning Competency) 1. The students evaluate critically basic level knowledge and skills acquired.
