1	Develops and deepens knowledge in the same or in a different field to the proficiency level based on Bachelor level qualifications.
2	Describes the interdisciplinary interaction which the field is related with.
3	Has the ability to communicate the knowledge about field to employees and colleagues.
4	Has the ability to analyze, interpret and evaluate the knowledge about the field systematically and analytically.
5	Is able to interpret, analyze data, identify problems, and suggest resolution advisories in his/her decisions, practices and behavior using field knowledge.
6	Conducts studies that require proficiency in the field independently.
7	Takes responsibility as a team member or project coordinator in accordance with project objectives.
8	Sets vision, goals and objectives for the organization/institution.
9	Evaluates gathered knowledge and skills critically.
10	Communicates his/her knowledge, thoughts and recommendations about the field by written and oral ways to those concerned.
