# Field Qualifications
1 Develop and deepen the current and advanced knowledge in the field with original thought and/or research and come up with innovative definitions based on Master's degree qualifications.
2 Conceive the interdisciplinary interaction which the field is related with ; come up with original solutions by using knowledge requiring proficiency on analysis, synthesis and assessment of new and complex ideas.  
3 Have the skill of interpreting, analyzing the data, describing the problems, and suggesting resolution advisories in his/her decisions, practices and behavior by using the knowledge about the field.
4 Communicate the knowledge about field to employees and colleagues.  
5 Independently conduct studies that require proficiency in the field.
6 Take responsibility as a team member or project coordinator in accordance with projects objectives.
7 Set a vision, goal and objective for the organization.
8 Evaluate the gathered knowledge and skills critically.
9 Communicate his/her knowlege, thoughts and recomendations about the field by written and oral ways to those concerned.  
10 Communicate with peers studied about field.
11 Ability to communicate and discuss orally, in written and visually with peers by using a foreign language at least at a level of European Language Portfolio C1 General Level.
12 Use advanced informatics and communication technology skills with software knowledge required by the field for data entering and data analysis.  
13 Provide original contribution to studies related the field.  
14 Prepare a strategic plan and develop strategies for organization.
15 Behave properly to organization, work and social ethic values.
16 Take into consideration the universality of social rights, social justice, quality and cultural values and environment protection, job security and health.
17 Be eager to search for innovation.
