#	Field Qualifications
1	have comprehensive knowledge in the field,
2	communicate knowledge about the field to employees and team members,
3	interpret and analyze data, define problems and offer solutions, using the knowledge acquired in the pogram in their decisions, practices and behaviors,
4	conduct studies and reseach in the field,
5	take responsibility as a coordinator or team member in accordance with the goals of a project,
6	identify the goals and objectives for the institution/organization,
7	evaluate acquired knowledge and skills critically,
8	show understanding of the necessity of lifelong learning,
9	transfer the knowledge and skills related to their field to relevant people in written and oral form,
10	communicate effectively with associates in the field,
11	use computer software, IT and CT technologies (ECDL-A“European Computer Driving Licence\", Advanced Level),
12	follow the information in the field and communicate with colleagues in a foreign language (“European Language Portfolio Global Scale”, Level B1),
13	act in accordance with ethical values of society, work and organization/institution,
14	analyze and maintain relationships of the organization/institution with associates effectively,
15	promote innovation,
