Due to labor-intensive nature of the tourism sector, it is estimated that the need for labor force in this sector will never reduce; on contrary, it will increase. Today, the demand is emerging particularly at the level of professional managers. Considering the rapid increase in the number of hospitality establishments, it is foreseeable that a significant number of graduates will be able to find jobs in various hospitality establishments in different levels of management. In addition, the fact that some students in the program are already employees in the sector is also an advantage in terms of employment. Students who graduate from this program receive the title of Prospective Hospitality Managers.
