#	Field Qualifications
1	have basic knowledge in the field,
2	use the knowledge acquired in administration and management in their decisions, practices and behaviors,
3	use information related to the field,
4	fulfill the duties and responsibilities assigned,
5	take responsibility as a team member when faced with unforeseen problems in practice,
6	Follows innovations and developments related to the field of profession,
7	demonstrate that they comprehend the need for continuity of learning,
8	participate in programs that respond to their learning needs,
9	communicate their ideas based on basic knowledge and skills acquired within the field in written and oral form,
10	are inclined to help their colleagues,
11	keep up with the literature in the field and communicate with their colleagues in a foreign language at minimum A2 level, as defined by the European Language Portfolio,
12	use computer software and communication and information technologies required in the field at the basic level, as defined by the European Computer Driving License,
