1 Recognize the concept and the relationship between the concepts in the field based on the competencies which are gained in secondary education.
2 Have the knowledge about the nature, limits and the accuracy of the knowledge and evaluate the reliability and the validity of the knowledge.
3 Debate the methods about the production of scientific knowledge.
4 Have the knowledge about instructional programs, instruction strategy, methods, techniques and testing and evaluation.
5 Have the knowledge of development, learning styles and learning diffuculties of students.
6 Recognize national and international cultures.
7 Use sources about the field at an advanced level
8 Analyse the events and the phenomena in the field with scienctific methods and techniques, comment on and evaluate the data.
9 Define and analyze the issues about the field, develop solutions based on evidence and research.
10 Apply suitable instructional strategy, method and techniques considering students\' development , individual differences taking into account the field knowledge and acquirement.
