1 Uses his/her creative and potent aspects as an individual.
2 Identifies the processes, methods and techniques regarding the production of scientific knowledge.  
3 Has knowledge concerning theory, methods, strategies and techniques related to the field.
4 Is knowledgable regarding the communication characteristics of persons, groups, masses or organizations and communication problems they experience.
5 Knows how to use communication media and means competently.
6 Recognizes the structural, administrative and technical characteristics of the  establishments operating in the field. 
7 Recognizes the  national, international, social and intercultural dimensions of communication. 
8 Uses theoretical and applicable knowledge through information sources in the field.
9 Is capable of recognizing and explaining relations between events and affairs of the field.
10 Takes responsibility in individual or group work related to the field and conducts assigned tasks and duties or executes them independently.
11 Evaluates the knowledge and skills gained in the field in a critical approach.
