# Field Qualifications
1 Being able to have current theoretical and empirical knowledge in one of the field of educational sciences and develop and deepen his/her knowledge depending on undergraduate proficiency.
2 Being able to discuss the interaction of field with other related disciplines.
3 Being able to develop and deepen the acquired theoretical and practical knowledge in the field.
4 Being able to generate original knowledge by integrating the field knowledge with the knowledge of various fields operationally.
5 Being able to generate suggestions to the problems requiring specialization by using qualitative and quantitative research methods.
6 Being able to construct the issue in the field, develop alternative solutions, solve the problem, evaluate the consequences and apply if required.
7 Being able to develop new strategic approaches to the sophisticated situations in the field that are not predicted and provide solutions responsibly.
8 Being able to take part in teamwork actively and be a leader.
9 Being able to evaluate the field knowledge critically and guide the learning.
10 Being able to continue his/her studies in the framework of lifelong learning.
