#	Field Qualifications
1	Systematically communicate developments in the field and their own studies to the groups in and outside their field of study through written, oral and visual presentations.
2	Critically analyze the social relations in vocational and professional environments, take action and lead to develop and change them if necessary.
3	Actively participate in or lead the teamwork related to their own field.
4	Evaluate the information related to their field of study critically and monitor learning.
5	Carry out their studies within the framework for lifelong learning.
6	Fictionalize, develop solutions to and solve a problem in the field of study; evaluate the results and applies them when necessary.
7	Develop new strategic approaches and develop solutions by taking responsibility in unforeseen complicated circumstances experienced in the practices of the field.
8	Based upon the Bachelor level qualifications; demonstrate, enhance and deepen theoretical and applied knowledge about educational sciences at a specialist level.
9	Discuss the interdisciplinary interaction within their field of study.
10	Apply, enhance and deepen the theoretical and applied knowledge at the specialist level which they have acquired in their field of study.
11	Produce new information by operationally unifying the information in their field of study and the multidisciplinary information.
12	Suggest solutions to the problems necessitating specialization by using quantitative and qualitative scientific research methods.
13	Establish written and oral communication using a foreign language at least at B2 general level of European Language Portfolio.
14	Share the information related to their field of study written and orally at a national and international level.
15	Use information and communication technologies with the computer software needed in the field of study at advanced level.
16	Interpret and improve the plans of strategy, politics and practice about topics of their field and then evaluate the obtained results within the framework of quality processes.
17	Examine the steps of related data collection, interpretation and announcement considering social, scientific and ethical values and teach these values.
18	Apply the knowledge and skills acquired in the field of study in interdisciplinary studies.
19	Evaluate current developments according to national values and facts.
20	Develop plans of strategy, politics and practice about topics of their field and then evaluate the obtained results within the framework of quality processes.
21	Evaluate the information related to character and value education critically and monitor learning.
