# Field Qualifications
1 Have PhD level theoretical and practical knowledge about the education of gifted children; develop and deepen the knowledge.
2 Analyze a problem in the area independently, develop solutions, solve the problems, evaluate the results, and apply when necessary.
3 Develop new approaches and solutions for unforeseen complex situations in applications.
4 Lead and participate in team works effectively.
5 Evaluate the information in the field critically and direct learning accordingly.
6 Conduct the studies in the field within the framework of lifelong learning.
7 Transfer the developments in the field and their work in written, oral and visual forms to the groups in and outside the field in a systematic way.
8 Examine the social relations and the norms leading these relationships in vocational and professional environment with a critical perspective,and take action to change them ,develop and lead when necessary.
9 Communicate in a foreign language at least at the level of European Language Portfolio B2 using verbal and written communication skills.
10 Share the information about the discipline in national/international level verbally and in writing.
11 Use information and communication technology as well as computer software required by the discipline in advanced level.
12 Comment about the strategies and policies related to the field, review implementation plans, develop these plans, and evaluate the results in the context of the quality process.
13 Check and teach the stages of data collection, interpretation, and dissemination related to the field ​​based on social, scientific, and ethical values.
14 Put acquired knowledge and skills in practice in the field of interdisciplinary studies.
15 Evaluate current developments per national values ​​and the country\'s realities.
16 Improve strategies, implementation plans, and policies about the discipline and evaluate within the quality process framework.
